This wine represents the maximum expression of the centennial tradition which is characterized by the highest selection of our hilly grapes. A masterpiece of technique and nature. As soon as it is poured into the glass, Bruno Zanasi presents itself with a beautiful purple foam that acts as a hat for a wine with an intense ruby ​​red color and a dense and almost impenetrable texture. There is pulp, there is very soft and spicy fruit, there is fruit of excellent power and above all chromatic vigor in this vivid purple sparkling wine. Its visual and therefore olfactory mantle is impenetrable and deep, with the alcohol it supports, which majestically pushes its fully ripe and intensely spiced fruit mass. The perfume is a mix of ripe red fruits, accompanied by a note of freshness, enhanced by the bubbles. In the mouth the perlage returns to tickle the tongue. Dry, the fruity notes accompany the wine also in the gustatory analysis, the freshness and effervescence are well balanced by a sensation of moderate heat and a light and non-aggressive tannin. BrunoZanasi fades pleasantly, keeping its balance unchanged even after swallowing the last sip from the glass. Ultimately a balanced and fine product, worthy of expression of a territory that is relaunching itself while maintaining a strong link with tradition. The color declares its great thickness: not only to the visual aspect, but in all its sensory manifestations, affirming its concentrated structure. A ripe plum compote that sparkling spirits light up on the eucalyptus veins, the fruit pulp that gently pushes it to the black cherry and cassis. A fruit of great extractive qualities, powerful, persistent, with excellent roundness in its creamy foam. Very suitable for the whole meal, it goes perfectly with international cuisine and why not, with pizza sausage and mushrooms. Perfect with red and fatty meats, thanks to the lively effervescence it leaves the palate a perfect cleaning and balance.
